I had an incredible stay at this resort, surrounded by stunning Tuscan landscapes and enjoying the exceptional spa facilities. The food was a highlight, with delicious and varied options at each meal. However, my experience was slightly marred by a lack of flexibility in accommodating families with young children. The thermal pools were a true delight but access to some facilities can be limited based on specific hours.
